Getting to Austin

Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is the nearest airport to downtown Austin. It's about a $30 Uber or Lyft ride (or $1.25 CapMetro bus ride) from the airport to the conference venue.

Our conference venue

The Summit will take place at the Austin Marriott Downtown (304 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX) — not to be confused with the JW Marriott a few doors down.

Our event will take over the entire 5th floor of the hotel’s conference space, including the Waterloo Ballroom and work + lounge spaces. The fifth floor is accessed from the lobby of the hotel via elevator or escalators, and we’ll have signs and volunteers indicating the way.

Lodging

Our discounted room block at the Austin Marriott Downtown is now sold out. You may still be able to book a room at the Austin Marriott Downtown for their full rate, or there are several lodging options within short walking distance of the conference hotel, including:

- Hampton Inn & Suites Austin-Downtown/Convention Center
- Hyatt Place Austin Downtown
- The Line Austin
- Courtyard by Marriott Austin Downtown/Convention Center

Here's a full map of downtown Austin, with the conference venue and other nearby hotels added as landmarks.

If you can’t find affordable lodging around the conference hotel, you might have better luck near the Austin airport. The airport is about a $30 Uber or Lyft ride from downtown, but there’s also a frequent-service bus line that can get you back and forth for $2.50/day.

Parking

The Austin Marriott Downtown offers valet parking at the following rates:

Daily Parking

  • 0-3 hours : $28 + tax
  • 3-6 hours: $38 + tax
  • 6+ hours: $56 + tax

Overnight Parking

  • $56 + tax per night

For less expensive options, consider parking at the nearby Austin Convention Center ($15 for 12 hours) or using one of the Park & Ride lots on CapMetro's public transit network. These lots offer daytime parking only.
