Getting to Austin

Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is the nearest airport to downtown Austin. It's about a $30 Uber or Lyft ride (or $1.25 CapMetro bus ride) from the airport to the conference venue.

Our conference venue

The Summit will take place at the Austin Marriott Downtown (304 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX) — not to be confused with the JW Marriott a few doors down.

Our event will take over the entire 5th floor of the hotel’s conference space, including the Waterloo Ballroom and work + lounge spaces. The fifth floor is accessed from the lobby of the hotel via elevator or escalators, and we’ll have signs and volunteers indicating the way.

The Austin Marriott Downtown is offering a limited room block at the discounted rate of $299 per night. Note: If you're trying to book the hotel block, you won’t be able to add dates outside of Oct. 26-30; any additional nights will need to be booked separately.

Update (9/7/22):  If you are unable to complete your reservation at this time, one or more of the nights you have selected are sold out. (There are currently a limited number of rooms for the nights of Oct. 27 & 28.) Cancellations will be released to the room block through Oct. 3, 2022. Please check back if you’d like. In the meantime, please make alternate reservations with one of the many hotels within walking distance of the conference venue (some ideas below).

There are several lodging options within short walking distance of the conference hotel, including:

- Hampton Inn & Suites Austin-Downtown/Convention Center
- Hyatt Place Austin Downtown
- The Line Austin
- Courtyard by Marriott Austin Downtown/Convention Center

Here's a full map of downtown Austin, with the conference venue and other nearby hotels added as landmarks.

The Austin Marriott Downtown offers valet parking at the following rates:

Daily Parking

  • 0-3 hours : $28 + tax
  • 3-6 hours: $38 + tax
  • 6+ hours: $56 + tax

Overnight Parking

  • $56 + tax per night

For less expensive options, consider parking at the nearby Austin Convention Center ($15 for 12 hours) or using one of the Park & Ride lots on CapMetro's public transit network. These lots offer daytime parking only.
